UX RESEARCH METHOD 01: USER INTERVIEWS
- In-depth user interviews were conducted to gain qualitative insights into the travel planning experience and preferences of users. These interviews allowed for a deeper understanding o the context behind survey responses and A/B testing results.
i. Contextual Pain Points: Users frequently mentioned the stress and uncertainty associated with last-minute bookings and the need for reliable recommendations.
ii. Personalization Needs: Interviewees expressed a desire for personalized recommendations based on their previous searches and travel history.
iii. Immersive Experience: Users highlighted the value of an immersive experience, stating that interactive and detailed visual content increased their confidence in booking decisions.

UX RESEARCH METHOD 02: A/B TESTING
